• Include your order number or licence email if it's about a purchase.
• For a problem in 3ds Max, attach a support file: in 3ds Max, choose Relevo › Create Support File from the menu bar. It contains logs and settings, never your API keys.
• Many answers are already in the user manual and the FAQ.
