Refund policy

We want you to buy Relevo knowing it works for you. That's why every download includes a free 14-day Pro trial with every Pro feature, so you can test it on your own computer and projects before paying.

14-day refund

If Relevo doesn't work for you after you buy it, email sergio@relevotech.uk within 14 days of your purchase with your order number, and tell us what went wrong. We'll try to fix the problem first; if we can't, or you'd rather not wait, we'll refund you in full.

Subscriptions

You can cancel Pro Annual at any time from the link in your receipt email. It stays active until the end of the year you paid for, and won't renew. The first payment can be refunded within 14 days as above; renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if you haven't used Relevo since.

Maintenance renewals

A maintenance renewal can be refunded within 14 days if you haven't installed a version released after your previous updates ended.

How refunds are paid

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days. When a licence is refunded, its key is turned off; you can keep using the Free features.
